Definitions

For the purposes of this SMS Disclosure:

CUSTOMER(S) is defined as existing and potential customers

CONSENT – OPT-IN

Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. will obtain Implied and Expressed consent from customers to send SMS messages.

Implied consent for SMS (Text) messaging will be obtained from the CUSTOMER through the CUSTOMER’S initiation of an SMS messaging conversation with Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. at 780-800-3773.

Expressed consent for SMS (Text) messaging will be obtained from the CUSTOMER through the Contact Us page of this Website.

OPT-OUT

At any time, CUSTOMER may end the SMS messaging conversation or future responses from Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. by texting “stop” or “end” to 780-800-3773

How we DO use SMS Messaging

A-Doorable Garage Door will only engage with a CUSTOMER SMS messages for Conversational and Informational purposes.

Conversational – One on One

EXAMPLE 1

CUSTOMER:

“Can you help me with my Limo booking?”

Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. – 780-800-3773:

“Yes, we will call you on your phone.”

EXAMPLE 2

CUSTOMER:

“Can you provide an estimate for a new Limo booking for Wedding ceremony?”

Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. – 780-800-3773:

“Yes, we will call you on your phone.”

Informational – Appointments

EXAMPLE 1

Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. – 780-800-3773:

“This is Sunny, with Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd., I am about X minutes from your pick-up/drop-off location.  If you do not wish to receive SMS from us any longer, you may reply STOP or END to opt out at any time.”

EXAMPLE 2

Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. – 780-800-3773:

“This is Sunny, with Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd., I am finished dropping you at your location. Thank you for your business. If you do not wish to receive SMS from us any longer, you may reply STOP or END to opt out at any time.”

How we DON’T use SMS Messaging

Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. does not use Automatic Telephone Dialing Systems to make telephone calls or send SMS messaging. The A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging from Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. will not include promotional or marketing SMS messages.

We respect our CUSTOMERS

Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) obtained through the SMS messaging conversation initiated by the CUSTOMER will not be shared or sold to third parties, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
