Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd.
🍾 Alcohol Policy & Menu
- Provided that all passengers in the vehicle are over 18 years of age with valid ID, you are welcome to bring wine and champagne with you.
- Any other alcoholic beverages must be pre-purchased through Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. in accordance with AGLC regulations.
- If requested, our alcohol menu (pre-purchase only) will be sent via email or phone.
- All alcohol must be ordered and paid for in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Passengers must comply with all Alberta liquor laws at all times.
🚷 Alcohol, Smoking & Drug Use
- No smoking, e-smoking/vaping, or drug use is permitted in the vehicle.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only if:
- All passengers are 18 years or older, and
- It complies with Alberta liquor laws.
🚗 Booking & Cancellation
- You may cancel within 24 hours of booking free of charge.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, applied as a credit toward future bookings.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
- Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before service.
- If the remaining balance is not received at least 48 hours before service, Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. reserves the right to cancel without refund of the deposit.
🧽 Cleanliness Expectations
- Passengers are expected to keep the vehicle clean and avoid:
- Spills
- Footprints on seats
- Handprints on ceilings/windows
- Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
🧼 Cleaning & Damage Fee
- A $250 cleaning fee applies for vomiting, excessive spills, or messes.
- Customers are liable for any damage to the vehicle (interior or exterior).
- Standing on seats or misuse of the vehicle is prohibited.
📍 Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate trip details (pickup, drop-off, stopovers) at least 24 hours before service.
- We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by incomplete/incorrect trip information.
- Reservations are only secured with confirmed booking and payment (first-come, first-served).
- Customers are responsible for all personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.
📧 Electronic Invoices & Receipts
- All invoices and receipts are issued electronically via email.
- By accepting and/or paying an invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd.’s Terms & Conditions policy.
🍔 Food Policy
- No food is allowed in the limousine.
- This policy helps maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensures a comfortable experience for all passengers.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if food is brought into the vehicle in violation of this policy.
💸 Gratuity
- An 18% gratuity is suggested for all services.
- You may choose to:
- Include the gratuity with your payment (added to invoice, transferred directly to chauffeur), or
- Pay the gratuity directly to the chauffeur at the time of service.
⚠️ Liability
- Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Unforeseen mechanical issues
🚫 No-Show Policy
- Full charges apply for no-shows or cancellations outside the cancellation policy.
⏱️ Overtime Policy
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed beyond the scheduled booking time.
- After the grace period, overtime will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Overtime charges will include GST, fuel surcharge, and gratuity.
- Overtime is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
🧍 Passenger Behavior
- Disrespectful, unsafe, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Drivers may terminate service without refund for unsafe or disorderly conduct.
💳 Payment Requirement
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the service.
- Preferred Payment Method: Interac e-Transfer to info@daynightlimos.com (no additional fee).
- Credit/Debit Cards: Accepted via Square. 3% processing fee applies.
🔐 Secure Payment & Credit Card Policy
- All payments are processed through Square’s PCI-DSS compliant platform.
- No card details are stored, written down, or retained.
- Payment options:
- Secure phone entry into Square’s website
- Square invoice link (sent via email or text)
- Do not send card details via email or text. Such communications will be deleted.
- By submitting payment, you authorize Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. to charge the agreed amount, including fees.
🚫 Vehicle Availability
- Vehicle availability (including color) is not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.
- For 1-hour bookings, vehicle color (white/black) is subject to availability.
🕒 Wait Time (Pickup Delays)
- A 5-minute grace period is allowed for passenger pickups.
- After the grace period, wait time is billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Wait time charges include GST, fuel surcharge, and gratuity.
🤝 Partner Services & Subcontracting
- In the unlikely event that Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. is unable to provide service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver illness, or scheduling conflict), we may arrange for one of our trusted limousine partners to fulfill the booking.
- Partner companies are carefully selected to provide the same level of quality, safety, and professionalism expected of Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd.
- If service is provided by a partner, the partner company’s insurance, licensing, and liability coverage will apply for the duration of the trip.
- Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. will remain the main point of contact for booking, billing, and support, but ultimate operational responsibility rests with the partner while providing the service.
- By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees that service may be fulfilled either by Alberta Day Night Limo Services Ltd. or by an approved partner company under these conditions.
